The 15th PandaNet Cup

The registration for the 15th edition of the Worldwide Internet Amateur Go Tournament has been opened. The Preliminary Round starts on August 7th.

This year you can participate in either the Main Championship or in smaller groups open to players within a specific rank range (eg. 10 kyu - 5 kyu). Participation is free so after reading the details below everyone is invited to subscribe!

The 10th Cho Chikun Cup

This year we have the 10th edition of the Cho Chikun Cup and to celebrate this anniversary the usual marathon for once will be a triathlon!

  • games with the world
    (20th July through the 2nd of August)
  • handicap games
    (3rd of August through the 16th of August)
  • regular games
    (17th of August through the 31st of August)
In the period of July 20th through August 31st, a marathon of 42 days and 19.5 hours, you're invited to play as many games as possible in all mentioned categories and thus win the 10th Cho Chikun (25th Honinbo) Cup.
