Usage: all [game number]

   'all' will list all the observers of a particular game.

      Example:   all 23  (will list all observers of game number 23)


   The players playing a game can use 'all' without the game number to
   see the list of observers observing their game.

      Example:   tim and fmc are playing game number 23, and either
		 tim or fmc can see the observers by entering:   all
