observe

Usage: observe <game number>
The 'observe' command is used to observe a game, or games, in progress.
To see a games listing, enter: games
Then choose a game you wish to observe, then enter: observe <game number>
        Example: observe 56

After you start observing a game, you will be listed in the 'who' list
with a number next to your name under 'Info', as observing game <number>.

To stop observing a game, enter the same command again:
observe <game number you were observing>
Example: If you were observing game 56, and wanted to stop
observing game 56, enter: observe 56
        Or, you can use: unobserve

Some clients have "time control" to compensate for "net lag". These clients
are able to time a players move starting from when a move is made, not when
the signal reaches IGS. In such cases the time, or clock, appears to jump
backward as each correction is made. Some people misinterpret the time
 correction as cheating.
