Registration If you are new to IGS, we suggest registering from this page. Just fill in the form below. It's that simple! Registering with IGS will give you the full benefit of all the IGS commands, and as an active member you will be able to participate in all IGS amateur tournaments and special events. To become an IGS member, please fill in the registration form below and then click on the Enter button. If you made no errors while entering your E-mail address, you will receive your registration letter and password, usually within a few minutes, and in some cases a few hours. If you do not receive your registration letter, or if you made an error, simply try registering again.
If you choose to use a free E-mail service for your registration address, please be aware that not all such addresses will be accepted for registration. Also, anonymous, guest, and IP addresses may not be accepted. After you receive your registration letter, please be sure to use your new account during the first 20 hours after you register, otherwise new, unused accounts become invalid. Please take time to carefully review your registration letter. It contains important information about IGS policies and usage rules. Be sure to make a copy of your password for safekeeping. If you have questions, please feel free to send E-mail to us. By completing and submitting your registration request and using IGS, you also accept the terms and conditions stated in the registration letter governing the use of the Internet Go Server. If you are new to IGS, we suggest that you read Getting Started to help you become familiar with IGS. |
There are also registration pages for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages.
