addtime

Usage: addtime <time to be added>

'addtime' is used by a player to add extra time to an opponent's clock.
Added time is measured in minutes.

Examples: addtime 1 (adds 1 minute)
	            addtime 60 (adds 1 hour)

When an player adds extra time to his opponent's time, 'addtime' will
also enter a 'kibitz' in the game record (sgf) saying how much time
     was added to which player.
