byoyomi

Usage: match <opponentname> [color] [board size] [time] [byoyomi minutes]
'byoyomi' is part of the 'match' command. Byoyomi is the overtime
given to a player, after the initial time has expired, to complete his
moves. On IGS, the byoyomi time period is specified in the match
command. The time is specified in minutes, and there are _25_ moves
for each byoyomi time period. Example, if you specify 15 (15 minutes)
as the last number of the 'match' command, each byoyomi period will be
15 minutes, and during each period you must complete 25 moves, or you
lose. The default byoyomi on IGS is 10 minutes.

If a player is in minus time, the 'moves', or 'refresh', command can
be used to update the board and times. This will end the game if the
player in minus time has not moved. See: help refresh

*Note: The 'automatch' command, used with 'defs', is the _only_ command
which will allow the default number of 'byoyomi' moves (25) to be
	changed to another value.

Some clients have "time control" to compensate for "net lag". These clients
are able to time a player's move starting from when a move is made, not
when the signal reaches IGS. In such cases the time, or clock, appears to
jump backward as each correction is made.
