Usage:  info <message>

    The info command is used to place information in your 'stats' that you
    would like others to see when they do a stats on your account. When
    entering an info message, please remember that there are restrictions,
    which are mentioned in the registration letter. If you are uncertain of
    the restrictions, please review the OWNERSHIP AND ACCEPTABLE USE OF IGS
    section of the registration letter. 

    The info message can have up to 255 characters. Please note that
    some terminals only display 80 characters across. 

    To place the message that you would like to appear in your 'stats'
    display, enter:  info <message>

    Example:   info miserere nobis

    NOTE:   The country, which is displayed in the user display, is
    determined by your email address and cannot be set otherwise.
