Usage: last [playername]
'last' will list when a player last entered IGS, during the current
24 hour period. 'last' used without a player name will list the last
23 players who entered IGS.
Example: last tim
or: last
The name can be truncated. If one says 'last t', all the names
beginning with 't' will be listed. If you say 'last tim', then you
will get the results for _all_ players with 'tim' as part of the name.
This is to allow for abbreviations of player names.
