PANDANET Teaching Games service

You can have teaching games with professional players on IGS PandaNet.
The time allowance for the pupil is 50 minutes (with no extra time).
Handicaps are nine stones for kyu players,
eight stones for 1-dans, etc. up to two stones for 7-dans and up.
The fee is 2,100 yen. (including tax)
Only six games at a time are available, so reservations are necessary.
We will provide updates on the teaching schedules.

Kawamura Kazunori 9-dan
Born in Hyogo Prefecture on October 13, 1953. Disciple of Kubouchi Shuuchi. Became professional 1-dan in 1971, promoted to 9-dan in 2005.

Shinichi Aoki 9-dan
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture on June 9, 1965. Lives in Tokyo. Disciple of Yasuro Kikuchi. Became professional 1-dan in 1983, promoted to 9-dan in 1999. Won the NEC New Stars tournament in 1988. Enter the quarterfinals of The NHK CUP in 1994. His sister, Kikuyo 8-dan, is also a professional.

Atsushi Ishida 9-dan
Born on June 24, 1969. Disciple of Yorimoto Yamashita 7-dan. Lives in Osaka. Became professional 1-dan in 1984, promoted to 2-dan in the same year, 3-dan in 1986, 4-dan in 1987, 5-dan in 1989, 6-dan in 1992, 7-dan in 1995, 8-dan in 1996, 8-dan in 1998 and 9-dan in 2001. Has won second place in the Kisei 2-dan and 4-dan championships And New Stars Tournament in 1999.

Naoki Yata 9-dan
Born in Wakayama Prefecture on August 21, 1973. Disciple of Yutaka Shiraishi 9-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 1988, promoted to 9-dan in 2000.

Katsunori Yanaka 8-dan
Born in Osaka on December 21, 1971. Disciple of Teruo Matsuoka 6-dan. Lives in Soraku County, Kyoto. Became 1-dan in 1992 and 8-dan in 2002.

Ryo Kitano 7-dan
Born in Kobe on September 8, 1969. Disciple of Hiroshi Hayase 9-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 1990 and 7-dan in 2002. Enter the quarterfinals of the Ryusei Tournament in 1999.

Masateru Sakakibara 7-dan
Born in Osaka on February 27, 1974. Disciple of Kubouchi Shuuchi. Became professional 1-dan in 1990 and 7-dan in 2005.

Shiro Katsuma 7-dan
Born in Osaka on May 26, 1974. Lives in Osaka. Disciple of Kunihisa Honda 9-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 1992 and 7-dan in 2004.

Isao Takahashi 6-dan
Born in Kagawa Prefecture on October 30, 1944. Became professional 1-dan in 1962 and 6-dan in 2007.

Kaku Kyushin 6-dan
Born in taiwan on october 26, 1957. Disciple of tadao tomita meiyo9-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 1978 and 6-dan in 2007. Has won second place in the Kisei 4-dan and 5-dan championships.

Shiho Yamada 6-dan
Born in Osaka on November 18, 1967. Disciple of Yamashita Yorimoto 7-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 1987 and 6-dan in 1996. Elder brother of Wakio 7-dan and Younger brother of Kimio 9-dan.

Yahata Koichi 6-dan
Born in Hokkaido on August 15, 1968. Disciple of Yasuo Koyama. Became professional 1-dan in 1988 and 6-dan in 1997.

Masashi Kanno 6-dan
Born in Tokyo on October 28, 1967. Became professional 1-dan in 1989 and 6-dan in 2002. Came 2nd in the 3-dan section of the 1993 Kisei tournament and 2nd in the 5-dan section of the 1997 Kisei tournament. Is the son of the late Kanno Kiyonori 8-dan. His wife, Naomi 3-dan, is also a professional.

Tsuyoshi Sasaki 5-dan
Born in hyogo on june 25, 1977. Became professional 1-dan in 1996 and 5-dan in 2002.

SongLi 5-dan
Became professional Nihon-keiin-sha 5-dan in 1997.

Song Hideyo 4-dan
Born in Oita prefecture on April 2, 1980. Disciple of Yutaka Shiraishi 9-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 2001 and 4-dan in 2004.

Ono Koji 3-dan
Born in Hyogo on October 9, 1981. Disciple of Akio Yamanaka 6-dan. Became professional 1-dan in 2002 and 3-dan in 2006.
