Kia sorento water leak passenger side

I've had this problem ever since I bought my 2003 sorento. The problem is that even when the air is set to "recirculate" and heating/cooling system is off, there is air leaking into the vehicle from somewhere underneath the glove compartment on the passenger side.

Found it leaking from the water pump area on the passenger side by where the bottom of the auto tensioner sticks out from the bottom timing belt cover. I removed everything and changed the water pump, timing belt, tensioner and pully (1st timing belt job. Made easy by this forum (Thanks). I used RTV sealant on the water pump gasket.
