I recommend 2-3 chipotle peppers and 1 tbsp of the adobo sauce. Adjust the heat based on personal preference. Blend on High for 30 seconds or until all peppers are blended into fine pieces. Pour into a resealable glass container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. ---1
