Spring has come, hasn’t it. I suppose many people are suffering from hay fever. I hope I don’t have hay fever, yet.

I am going to write about what I am into recently.

No.1 diet
It is my eternal (?) theme. I started dieting when I realized my old clothes didn’t fit. In 7 months, I lost 5kg!
Unfortunately, not many people recognize that I lost weight and instead, they say “You are dark.” “Which country are you from?”

No.2 moxa cautery
It sounds like something for old women, but it works on my stiff shoulders.
It stings but it is interesting.

No.3 good Japanese tea and umeboshi (pickled plum)
It also sounds like something old women enjoy, but I happened to taste beautiful umeboshi and since then I enjoy it with Japanese tea.

No.4 cinnamon rolls from Starbucks which is in the picture
If I don’t eat sweets, I get stressed. I recommend it. I am on a healthy diet.

I wonder what I’ll find next.
