It has been a nice season with pleasant spring sunshine, hasn’t it?
Recently, I have become interested in baking bread.
A few weeks ago, when I was eating bagels, I started to wonder why bagels are so chewy and tasty.
To find out why, I thought it is best to try making it, and right away, I bought a book and made it by the recipe and I was surprised that it was so good!!
Since then, I have fallen in love with the taste of freshly baked bread, and I am working hard on baking bread every day.
