Spring is already here!

I am on a diet because I can’t lose extra weight I gained during the New Year holidays.

However, the pressure pan I bought the other day makes my diet difficult.
I am cooking a variety of dishes such as curry, beef stew and pot-au- feu.
Consequently, I end up eating meet food almost every day.
I like pressure-cooking as it makes food juicy and delicious in a short time.

I want to try “Buri Daikon” next time.
It is a traditional Japanese home cooking which stews yellow fish and radish.
Fish are well cooked to the bones with high heat and pressure.
I will put a lot of ginger to remove a fishy smell as I don’t like the smell.

Warmed sake and “Buri Daikon” would be a perfect match.
No wonder I cannot lose my weight… I probably should learn how to control myself.
