What can ordinary go fans do to increase the number of go fans around us? Please give me some advice.

I think that a major factor in whether a person who doesn't know go at all takes an interest in the game is how much the person doing the recommending likes go and how attractive that person is. After all, if an attractive person recommends something to us, we will naturally be intrigued.

I am interested in belly dance and flamenco. When I try to recall how I came to take an interest in them, I think that first of all the mystical image of these pastimes attracted my attention, but another reason was that the dancers I actually saw were fascinating and made these activities seem like fun.

Most professionals started playing go through the influence of their father or someone else in their family. (This applies to me, too.) The first thing to do is to casually talk about how you like go, in a way that doesn't seem suspicious, to people who are interested in you, such as a partner, family, friends, or anyone close to you, then at the right time set up a go board and take out the go stones.

If that's unreasonable, then even if you are suspected or disliked, how about waiting until the other party just gives in . . . ?
