I have loved bread since I was a child. The time spent choosing what bread to eat today while surrounded by the aroma of freshly baked bread is sheer bliss for me. I think I would be happy if I could work in such a wonderful environment.

I think that baking bread requires a lot of perseverance, but I have perseverance! I can concentrate, too!
