The actor Sawamura Tosho (Sawamura Gennosuke III) portraying Sato no Tadanobu. Sato no Tadanobu was one of the four loyal retainers of the legendary hero Yoshitsune. When his hiding place was betrayed by a former mistress, he defended himself with a Go board against a police force of more than 200 men. He is wearing a yukata with a Go board and Go stone pattern.
